US Civil War Artillery Friction Tubes - 1864 Sealed Packet - Frankford Arsenal

This is an original sealed packet from the US Civil War.  It is friction tubes for the artillery pieces.   Contains 5 tubes.   Made by Frankford Arsenal in 1864.   Very hard to find in any condition, and this one is very nice.
Must ship UPS to a non-P.O. box address.
